Set to open in mid-December, the reopening of Bagatelle Miami, at a brand new location, will be both grand and an amazing addition to the vast eat, drink, party scene.
Bagatelle Group has recently appointed Rocco Seminara as the new Corporate Executive Chef, and together Seminara and Bagatelle have conceptualized a new and improved culinary experience across the restaurant's international outposts.
In addition to this exciting transformation, famed French designer Sam Baron has helped the group remodel the interiors of many of the restaurants, emphasizing the glitz and glam of the French Riviera, a major influence in the restaurant's fare and flare.
The new Miami location will bring together the glam of the French Riviera with old school, Art Deco Miami. Located in The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, the restaurant will be situated on the oceanfront landmark, bringing together many elements of Miami’s culture and history.
Baron has worked alongside Bagatelle to create this new oasis in Miami. The new venue will have 200 seats, including a conservatory, bar, main dining room and a beautiful private room that seats 16.
The newly curated menu will be changing seasonally, with a variety of selections that highlight some of Bagatelle’s signature dishes and new dishes which have been inspired by local harvest. Seminara and Jimmy de Almeida have worked together to create a one-of-a-kind menu and culinary experience.
This Miami location is happening alongside many new reopenings and openings include Los Cabo and Tulum in Mexico and St. Barths.
The St. Tropez-inspired restaurant has been missed in the Magic City, and diners are excited for the reopening of famed Bagatelle Miami. Just in time for the new year, this location will bring an amazing experience to South Beach dining and nightlife.
