Tapping into Coconut Grove’s rich history, Bayshore Club (@bayshoreclubmiami) the new indoor/ outdoor restaurant is located steps from where Scotty’s Landing once stood and the former Pan American seaplane terminal once welcomed passengers to Miami.
Accessible by both sea and land, the new waterfront dining destination developed by Grove Bay Hospitality Group and designed by Celano Design Studio is a nod to the mid-century era. Guests are welcomed with a retro “Greetings from Miami” postcard mural, perfect for a photo opt moment. Walking through the open-air eatery is like stepping into the past with nods to the former terminal.

“Miami is such a beautiful city, and Bayshore Club’s unique waterfront location on Biscayne Bay has stunning views,” shares Ignacio Garcia-Menocal, co-founder and CEO of Grove Bay Hospitality Group. “The area is rooted in history, it’s the perfect spot to kick back with great food and drinks.”
With a menu created by Jeff McInnis, one of Miami’s top chefs, the new bar and grill will be one of the few spots in Coconut Grove where guests can enjoy delicious bites and specialty cocktails while overlooking Biscayne Bay. Menu highlights include an array of seafood delights such as crab causa, tuna tartare cones and fish tacos. Another menu staple is the photo-worthy cocktail cooler that includes two dozen local blue crab cocktail claws, two dozen local red shrimp and the Bayshore Club secret sauce. Restaurant-goers can also indulge in a weekend brunch on the water.

Part of the large multi-use Regatta Harbor, the new Miami eatery offers plenty of options while enjoying a Miami night out. With 300 seats, diners can grab a drink from the 360-degree bar or spend time on “the lawn,” which has private cabanas, lounge seating, fire pits and even games such as ping-pong and corn hole. If arriving by sea, boaters can even dock their boat prior and dining.
The restaurant will officially open its doors Monday, July 25, but a select group of people, including Mayor Francis Suarez and Real Housewives of Miami star Nicole Martin, enjoyed a special preview experiencing the sea breeze, fire dancers, lawn games, specialty drinks and delicious bites. Guests in attendance were able to sip from different alcohol vendors including Malibu Rum and Grove Bay Rose, and munched on delicious seafood, tacos and sliders while listening to a live band play iconic musical hits.
