Notorious lifestyle and clothing brand Billionaire Boys Club will be pairing up with Runaway New York for their upcoming event at the Billionaire Boys Club/ICECREAM pop-up store in Wynwood on Thursday, October 21.
Runaway New York was founded by Manhattan native Jagger Walk (Editor’s Note: The writer of this piece is friends with Jagger Walk), creating fashion pieces and lifestyle accessories which embody the spirit of New York City. For Runaway’s new collaboration with Billionaire Boys Club, a line of apparel, including sweatshirts, pants and hats, will be released at the event, along with drinks and music. The collaboration will be sold exclusively at Billionaire Boys Club’s Wynwood location through November.

Founded by singer and producer Pharell Williams and A Bathing Ape creator Nigo, Billionaire Boys Club is a streetwear and lifestyle brand that also strives to open doors for young emerging artists.
"In the ongoing effort to support and highlight young creatives in our communities, we are happy to welcome the burgeoning collective, Runaway New York, for a special shop-in-shop experience at our Miami pop-up. Runaway New York’s collective of free-willed spirits embodies BBC's value of expressing individuality while supporting your community, and we are happy to share our space with the next generation of creators,” said Billionaire Boys Club regarding their new partnership.
Walk is also extremely excited for his new line with Billionaire Boys Club, as it celebrates the importance of young creatives in Miami.
“I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with Billionaire Boys Club, and I have been a fan of their brand for as long as I can remember. I hope our partnership can bring together both of our communities and celebrate young creatives in Miami,” said Walk.
At only 20 years old, Walk has already garnered great success with his brand Runaway. His previous releases contained pieces such as hoodies, sweatpants and candles. A print of Audrey Hepburn flipping of the viewer emblazoned on many of his clothes pays tribute to New York’s no-nonsense mentality while still remaining beautiful.
Walk plans on exploring new possibilities in the coming future that expand upon numerous creative realms.
“Runaway New York will be approaching new territories beyond just clothing. From music, home goods, and video, we are looking to tell stories through new avenues. We are very excited for the brand to evolve and to be able to work on new projects that will push our limits," explained Walk.
Runaway New York’s new collection with Billionaire Boys Club will be sold exclusively at their event on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and during store hours through November 21.
