Ben Soffer and his wife, Claudia Oshry, became Instagram famous from the inception of their respective @boywithnojob and @girlwithnojob social accounts. While the two have amassed millions of followers, the titles are not so apt as they may once have been, as each juggle full-time, thriving careers. However, their incredible engagement, massive following and loyal fans have allowed them to branch out into new endeavors that play on their passions. Most recently, this project came in the form of a colorful canned cocktail dubbed Spritz Society (@spritz), which Soffer heads as the founder and CEO.

Born from the societal craze of “spritzes” and a desire to create a canned cocktail that actually tastes good, Spritz Society was launched, available in four different flavors: grapefruit, blood orange, pineapple and lemon—created with real, recognizable ingredients and wine as the base.

“When we started Spritz Society, our main goal was to figure out how to create something we can stand behind and say, ‘Yes, we need this product, we drink this product, we love this product. We know what’s in it, where it was made and everything that it entails,’” says Soffer.

Above all else, they strove to create an authentic relationship with the product that they’ve maintained with their audiences. With a direct-to- consumer business model that was crafted from pure R&D of polling Soffer’s Instagram followers to create a product they would love, the success of Spritz Society was felt upon launch.

“It’s really amazing that our audience is so loyal to us that they purchased Spritz Society without trying it first. It’s a testament to the community we’ve built,” notes Soffer.

Serving as a key market for the brand, Spritz Society recently launched in Florida in 40 Total Wine & More stores across the state, with a heavy focus on Miami and Boca Raton, and more locations coming soon.
