The vibrant and flavor-packed world of Miami’s culinary scene does not simply limit itself to food and alcohol. Refreshing mocktails are now taking center stage. From tropical delights to cool fusions, every sip is a celebration of Miami’s dynamic culinary landscape. Whether it’s a non-drinking day for you, a personal preference or just the vibe, these mocktails put the flavor in non-alcoholic.
Mila
Mila offers two specialty mocktails on their menu, Longevity and God of the Heir. Longevity is a crisp and restorative cucumber based bev, with notes of lime and almond. God of the Heir is a bit more tropical, with a kick of spice, this drink has lemon, pineapple and passionfruit.
Beaker & Gray
Beaker and Gray is recognized as a hot cocktail spot in Miami, with owner Ben Potts masterminding the bar. They offer two on-menu mocktails, the Lyre Liar Spritz is composed of Seedlip spice 94, lyre Italian spritz, strawberry, lemon and soda. The Aguachile has a bit more of a kick, made with seedlip garden 108, pineapple, agave, cilantro, lime and togarashi salt.
Broken Shaker
The Miss Collins mocktail from Broken Shaker has all the flavor of a watermelon mojito, made with Xicama spicy watermelon soda, citrus, watermelon and mint. The mixologists at this cocktail bar are hard to stump, ask for any cocktail sans alcohol and they are sure to deliver.
Cote Miami
Cote Miami offers four different types of mocktails, each with their own unique flavor. The Downtime is “for when you have a second,” with notes of orange and hibiscus. Finesse is an Earl Grey Tea base with raspberry and lime, a refreshing drink with plenty of electrolytes. The Simon Palmer is Cote’s take on an Arnold Palmer and the Chan Chan is a “guilt free paloma,” with grapefruit, cinnamon and lime.
Osaka
Osaka serves up Nikkei cuisine, a blend between traditional Japanese and Peruvian dishes. They have five specialty mocktails to choose from. The Coco Bang Coconut, Yuzu Tea, Chicha morada, Osk Fresh and a Blossom Lemonade, each with a careful flavor profile addressing the culture blend. The Chicha Morda cocktail is one of the restaurant's top secrets, no recipe or ingredients can be found.
Bar Collins at Loews Miami Beach
Bar Collins is located in the lobby of Loews Miami Beach and offers a menu of handcrafted cocktails; they include just one mocktail on the list. The El Semi-Spritz Mocktail is composed of honey water, chamomile, blueberries, sparkling water and lemon.The friendly bar staff is as accommodating as they are talented, if you know what you like in a mocktail, don’t be afraid to ask.
Planta
Miami’s premier plant based restaurant, Planta, offers up a menu of four mocktails. The Cucumber mule uses seedlip garden 108, cucumber, rosemary and ginger beer. For a richer flavor profile, sip on the Miso Mango Sour, made of lyre’s dark cane spirit, seedlip grove 42, lemongrass, Madagascan vanilla, orange blossom and lime. The Singapore Spritz is composed of roots divino, red citrus, exotic spices and sparkling grapefruit, refreshing with a kick. Lastly the Spicy Na-Rita is Planta’s take on a classic margarita, made with three spirit livener, lyre’s Italian orange, guayusa, guava, Schisandra, cayenne and lime.
LPM
LPM Miami is a modern day inspiration of the French Riviera, with details from La Belle Epoque. Their bar mixes up two showstopping mocktails, the Petit Coco is a blend of coconut water, sorbet and a touch of citrus. The Limonade Noire is a sparkly concoction of rosemary infused honey with verjuice & activated charcoal and stirred with sparkling water.
The Strand at Carillon Miami
The Strand at Carillon Miami steals the show with the most on menu mocktails. Offering up six different concoctions, each with distinctive flavor profiles. Mocktails include the What’s Up Doc, made of carrot and orange juice, turmeric and ginger ale, a blend designed to heal. For a more tropical drink, try the Batida with coconut milk, pineapple juice, passionfruit syrup and nutmeg.
