Mister O1 is Schnur’s top favorite pizza in Miami. With a thin, crunchy crust and many sweet and savory toppings available, these flavors are delicious. Her favorite pizza from the menu is the Marco, which is a 13-inch pizza with Italian tomato sauce, fresh burrata stracciatella cheese, arugula, fresh tomatoes and parmesan - say no more!
As Schnur’s favorite dine-in pizza spot, Lucali is an amazing vibe and an even better first date option! The pizza is a perfect thin crust, loaded with extra cheese and basil. Schnur’s order suggestions are to get the meatballs, a large pepperoni pizza and kale salad for the table.
An amazing Italian restaurant in the heart of Brickell, offering a wide selection of both white and red pizzas. The mozzarella is made in-house every morning, making it as fresh as possible. Schnur’s top picks include the Salami pizza, Carbonara pizza, and if you have room, one of their deliciously decadent Stanzione Subs.
Schnur refers to this as a hidden gem, serving delicious Neapolitan-style pies. With gluten-free dough available, La Leggenda Pizzeria creates the most delicious dough with a sweet San Marzano sauce. Schnur recommends the White Truffle Pizza or the Margherita STG, which won the “Best Traditional pizza in the world Award, Pizza World Championship 2012” in Parma, Italy.
As a Miami native, Schnur says that Andiamo has been making pizzas for as long as she can remember! Most popular for the wide array of toppings available, you can practically get anything on your pizza. Schnur warns us and says only if you’re really hungry, but the Godfather is a must-order, with Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives, tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan - yes she said a lot of toppings!
With an emphasis on local herbs and spices, as well as authentic Italian ingredients, Ironside Pizza’s attention to detail and taste is unmatched. Schnur’s suggestion is the Farinata and the Pizza Stella, and to bring plenty of wine because it is BYOB!
