We are fully in the midst of holiday season, and to celebrate, we’re raising a glass. Round up your family and friends to rejoice in boozy spirit because it’s time to toast to holiday cheer and this glorious city that is nothing less than magical. For your imbibing pleasure, Miami is stirring up these festive libations you’ll want to sip on all the way until spring.
This autumnal version of a whiskey sour is specially enhanced by the sweetness of maple syrup and the Italian liqueur Amaro Averna. Combine the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain over a large cube into a double rocks glass, and garnish with an edible maple leaf for a dose of extra fun.
Ingredients:
The heavy-bodied molasses note in Demerara syrup and the sprinkling of chocolate bitters is the perfect sugary spin on an old fashioned, Giselle-style. Build it in a mixing glass, stir and serve over a large ice cube. To double as dessert, garnish the glass with a chocolate mousse-filled cone clipped to the side.

This is autumn captured in a cocktail, spruced up by an E11EVEN vodka buzz. Combine vodka, lime juice, raspberry syrup, thyme sprigs and peach bitters in a shaker. Shake well and pour in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and thyme sprig for the ultimate refresher.
Ingredients:
The hints of apple flavor introduced in the Calvados French brandy and drizzle of apple syrup stirs visions of sitting around a fire with a cider in hand. Factor in cognac, the grape-derived French variety of brandy, and that’s one velvety, rich concoction. Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass, then top with peach and jasmine foam.

Espresso martinis are the moment year-round, but this rendition emphasizes the espresso a little bit extra with Mr Black Coffee Liqueur instead of the sweeter Kahlua. Throw in a pop of espresso and chocolate bitters paired with E11EVEN Vodka and you have the nighttime take on a mocha latte. Add all the ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.

The bright reddish-orange color of the negroni automatically qualifies it as the ultimate holiday cocktail. Casadonna’s negroni is dialed up a notch with rosemary and top shelf Carpano Antica vermouth. The bartender will take care of this one for you.
Ingredients:
The Israeli-Middle Eastern anise-flavored liquor arak, a bold palate cleanser, is complemented by a sugary confection of ingredients in Branja’s standout holiday cocktail. Branja beverage director Clay Crocker describes this drink as a smart pairing to the less outwardly sweet dessert options on the menu, such as the Layali Beirout and the Halva Tahini Pie. To enjoy, shake, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with rose petals.
