Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau is kicking off the second annual Miami Entertainment Months this October.
Miami Carnival Parade and Concert
From October 1 through November 30, many amazing and entertaining events are happening at prime, Miami locations and some even for a discount. We’ve put together a list of some of the must-attend events this month.

The Fantasy Theater Factory At The Sandrell Rivers Theater is putting on an impressive show of the Little Monsters Tales. Perfect for the whole family, this comedy show is the best way to spend an afternoon. From October 8 through the 10, the Miami Carnival is celebrating its 37th year, bringing together the amazing carnival traditions of Brazil and Trinidad. The three-day carnival kicks off on Friday, has morning festivities on Saturday and a parade and a party on Sunday. This event is one of the biggest celebrations of Caribbean culture worldwide and the biggest in the United States.

The Faena Theater is the place for all late-night entertainment. Take advantage of the TRYST Cabaret show and watch the amazing contemporary cabaret show with a seductive edge. Miami Entertainment Months is offering 15% off tickets through the month of October.

Take advantage of the weekend and go see the amazing new exhibits at the Coral Gables Museum including Watercolors & Bronzes, Beauty and Value and Versión del codo, With live music and impressive art exhibits, a night at the museum is a go-to activity. On October 7 head out to the Normandy Fountain and take advantage of a live musical performance of Zarzuela and Bolero. Following October 7, the musical performances will continue to take place at Lummus Park on October 10 and Collins Park on October 14.

Getting in the spooky spirit, head to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. From October 14 through October 31 the classic story is giving out a special discount on tickets. Be sure to use the GMCVB to see the amazing, 200-year-old tale told in an impressive live performance.
