No longer is parring it out on the golf course the supreme method of high-net-worth schmoozing. Insert padel, essentially the elite black card status of the racquet sport hierarchy and a lifestyle all on its own. Miamians are quite fond of the sport, partially because we’re an international set (padel sees its highest popularity in Spain and Argentina) and partially because we’ll gladly partake in anything exclusive and membership-oriented. Miami is home to three leading padel clubs, each offering a unique taste of the padel way of life to those who subscribe.

Miami-based philanthropist and renowned businessman Wayne Boich founded Reserve Padel, coined the most luxurious padel club in the country with premium drinks, eats and sunset-viewing courtesy of its beachfront deck overlooking Biscayne Bay. The 50,000-square-foot venue has played host to the best padel players in the world during its annual “Reserve Cup” and frequently welcomes the likes of David Beckham, Dwyane Wade, Jimmy Butler and Taylor Fritz.
Private lessons with top padel coaches, health-conscious bites by cult-followed Pura Vida, a full-service bar, pro shop, sunset yoga and curated events are just some of the many perks at Reserve—not to mention the option of arriving to a match via boat or seaplane in true Miami fashion.
Even bigger padel news is on the horizon, and it sounds something like members-only. Reserve is officially debuting its first strictly members-only padel club in the Design District, featuring three private courts, a padel pro-shop, concierge services, top coaches and special members events for the players who seek the ultimate level of padel professionalism.

Guests can choose to drop-in or join the club’s membership program, which will offer multiple membership tiers with benefits that range from the use of private courts and lounge areas to access to select events. As far as the design, the venue will draw inspiration from Modern Mid-Century bungalows of Palm Springs and the iconic terracotta courts of the French Open, shaped by pristine landscaping that further defines ULTRA CLUB as an urban sanctuary for padel enthusiasts.
