Lucky enough, some of Miami’s best restaurants are located within the Design District, serving a wide variety of cuisine. Whether you’re in the mood for Italian, Asian, American and more, we’ve curated the perfect guide to dining in the Design District.

Just on the outskirts of the Design District is one of Miami’s most beloved restaurants. Mandolin Aegean Bistro has made Greek cuisine at the forefront of the Miami culinary scene. With an absolutely beautiful outdoor patio, this restaurant mimics Greece with every element. Must orders include the Greek Sampler with tzatziki, olive and tirokafteri and the Spicy Mandolin Kebab.

Hailing from New York, COTE is an amazing addition to the Design District’s food options. The original New York location is both Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-nominated, and most definitely one of the best Korean steakhouses in the nation. Menu offerings include a wide variety of beef options both USDA Prime, American Wagyu and Japanese Wagyu, serving some of the highest quality beef on the market.

An off-spring of famed Major Food Group, ZZ’s Club is quickly becoming an essential part of Miami’s dining scene. The members-only restaurant explores a delicious omakase menu as well as many a la carte sushi and beef options. Some of the classics include the Tuna Toast on olive bread and the starred Wagyu Sando which is a delicious crispy filet in a truffle emulsion. After dinner, make your way up to the exclusive cigar and intimate bar upstairs.

Le Jardinier’s menu boasts of plant-forward French cuisine. Chef Alain Verzeroli has created the ultimate menu which focuses on locally sourced produce and sustainable seafood and meat. A Groot Hospitality restaurant, Swan is the quintessential Miami restaurant; swanky and delicious!
