As the summer months begin to close and we step into the fall months, several select restaurants are adding creative and clever cocktails to their menu. The Miami restaurant and cocktail scene is booming, and while it can be hard to figure out which places to explore, we’ve rounded up some of the newest and most exciting selections you can now try for yourself.

Summer seems to be never-ending at one of Miami’s most popular sushi restaurants. Blending Japanese and Latin flair, Pubbelly Sushi adds ten all-new cocktails to its menu. From kumquat mojitos to Nashi Tokyo mules, these drinks are an excellent choice for patrons to cool down from the tropics of South Florida.
The new drink selections come with festivities, including Pachinko Time, inspired by Japanese slot machines where guests can try the latest cocktails in shot form Monday through Friday from 6-7PM. Other fun festivities include the Obon Festival celebrations, inspired by an annual Japanese celebration honoring ancestors that have passed, which will take place every Friday during August in a separate location.
