Playing off the artist and creative area that the storefront now inhabits, the 8,000-square-foot brick-and-mortar location invites customers to experience the three-story loft-like retail space. Upon entrance, shoppers are welcomed to a geometric glass facade and highly curated vignettes showcasing the products and how they seamlessly fit into everyday experiences.
The new location is one of five storefronts Blu Dot plans to open in the US before 2023.
“This city and area in particular has such incredible energy and we’ve always wanted to have a home here,” notes Blu Dot co-founder John Christakos. “We can’t wait to welcome new and returning customers to our store.”
Customers can view Blu Dot's latest collections, including their newly launched bedding, the esker sofa, sidebyside dining chairs and the council swivel lounge chair, all stunning silhouettes that welcome and provide ultimate comfort.
Known for creating attainable and modern pieces accessible to the public, Blu Dot believes that design pieces should work to fit within daily life. At its root, Blu Dot is a collaborative effort developed by three college friends in 1997— two architects and a sculptor, now bringing designs to one of the most artistic neighborhoods in Miami.
