Miami’s favorite Mexican street food spot is making its way north. Bodega is set to open its third location on Friday, August 13 in Aventura. This opening is following the recent growth of the restaurant, with the flagship in South Beach and its second location in Fort Lauderdale.

Menin Hospitality Group had a new plan for this location, making itself the brand’s first Taqueria-only concept. Located in the center of Aventura’s residential neighborhood, at 19129 Biscayne Boulevard, Bodega will become the area’s new spot for fresh, authentic and delicious bites.
Jared Galbut, Co-Founder & President, Menin Hospitality explained why the team chose Aventura as this new location, "We knew that our next stage of growth would be local. We have such an expansive following throughout South Florida it was important to us to first make Bodega more accessible to our loyal locals. Specifically, Aventura, was one of our biggest customer bases outside of Miami Beach and the opportunity came across in our current location that we could not pass up. The location was central to all of the businesses and residents in the area with ample amount of parking, it was the perfect spot."

The brand new, 1,500 square-foot space will echo Bodega Taqueria y Tequila’s original feel, and of course, feature the brand’s classic airstream trailer-turned-taco-truck. Decorated with neon-colored barstools, industrial light fixtures, exposed brick and outdoor picnic tables, creating a modern yet authentic experience. "We want our guests to have the same authentic Bodega experience, with the walk-up airstream and Mexican street style vibe," said Galbut.
This location will stay true to the other location’s menus, focussing on delicious, authentic food, serving tacos, burritos, frozen margaritas and many more Mexican specials. In addition, the menu expands healthier offerings, such as gluten-free tortillas, kale bowls and cauliflower rice. And the weekend brunch in Aventura is a must, with a variety of breakfast tacos, burritos as well as Bodega’s signature avocado tostada.
Not only is Bodega’s Aventura location an exciting addition to the restaurant's brand, but they have also recently become the first non-franchised fast-casual restaurant to accept Cryptocurrency as a form of payment. With an emphasis on technology, including Cryptocurrency and their own Bodega app, the restaurant is honoring the new customers at the Aventura location by giving first-time app users 30% off their order.
This is just the beginning for Bodega and its South Florida expansion. They have announced four more openings over the next year including West Palm Beach, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, and in Downtown Miami at the Natiivo Miami.
Be sure to visit Bodega at its new Aventura location, daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
