Eating healthy just got significantly easier in Miami. Set to open on January 27, Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen will now call Brickell home for its 22nd South Florida location.

The restaurant has secured a 2,753 square foot space, with a covered patio and easy access for curbside pick up. From take-out to dine-in, Bolay is the go-to destination for healthy, nutritious food that tastes even better.

The fast-casual, yet highly nutritious restaurant is the perfect way to get all your food groups into your diet, seamlessly. The concept focuses on having customers build their own 'Bol', from a wide range of food groups, including carbs, vegetables and proteins.

Base options include jasmine or forbidden black rice or leafy greens. Following the base, customers can choose seasonal vegetables like ginger broccoli and Tuscan zucchini. To finish off the bowl, options include lemon chicken, spicy thai shrimp or miso-glazed tofu. If you’re looking for extra flavor, be sure to try some add-ons which include parmesan cheese or avocado and top with one of Bolay’s signature sauces.

Opening week promotions include, the first 100 people in line on opening day will receive a $50 gift card, complimentary fresh Regular Bol to local First Responders on January 28 and complimentary fresh Regular Bols to local hospitality professionals on January 29. In addition to these in-person giftings, guests can qualify for a complimentary Bolay Regular Bol when they check-in on a few of the brand's social media pages, from opening day until February 2.

The restaurant hours are perfect for lunch and dinner, open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Sunday.
