As branded buildings continue to soar in Miami, more brands are seeing an exciting opportunity to get involved. Just announced, luxury Italian furnishing company, B&B Italia is spearheading the newest branded building, Casa Bella by B&B Italia.

B&B Italia is working alongside industry moguls at Related Group and Alta Developers on the project.

Located in Downtown Miami, the building is set to stand 55 stories high, with 312 units. Downtown has become a go-to destination for new development, making itself a prime location in the heart of Miami, with unmatched views of Biscayne Bay.

The building is set to bring together the quintessential Italian and Mediterranean living, through design and B&B Italia’s iconic furniture. The team is working with design firm Lissoni New York and architecture firm’s Arquitectonica and Enzo Enea on this one-of-a-kind project.

With 312 units, ranging from one to four bedrooms, this is truly a building for every buyer. All units include private elevator access and state of the art European-fixtures and finishes.The largest units available are the marquee penthouses, which range from 2,605 to 5,890 square feet. In addition to those penthouses, the four upper penthouse units feature all you could want and more, with 12-foot ceilings and wrap-around terraces.
