Three Miami powerhouses have come together to collaborate on a new and exciting real estate project. The partnership titled, “Casa Hibiscus by Artefacto” has brought together Artefacto’s Paulo Bacchi, architect Kobi Karp and builder Todd Michael Glaser.

Slated to finish construction in 2022, the home just hit the market this week, listed for $24 million. Nelson Gonzalez of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty is representing the group on this project.

Bacchi, a key player in Miami’s luxury furnishing and home staging business, bought the property in 2018 and thought of a new idea for the project. As opposed to building and flipping the house, as many do, Bacchi approached Miami moguls Karp and Glaser to come together and create a branded residential experience, the first of its kind in South Florida.
