Three Miami powerhouses have come together to collaborate on a new and exciting real estate project. The partnership titled, “Casa Hibiscus by Artefacto” has brought together Artefacto’s Paulo Bacchi, architect Kobi Karp and builder Todd Michael Glaser.
The beautiful spec home, “Casa Hibiscus by Artefacto” is located at 375 North Hibiscus Drive, Miami Beach and could be yours!
Slated to finish construction in 2022, the home just hit the market this week, listed for $24 million. Nelson Gonzalez of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty is representing the group on this project.
Bacchi, a key player in Miami’s luxury furnishing and home staging business, bought the property in 2018 and thought of a new idea for the project. As opposed to building and flipping the house, as many do, Bacchi approached Miami moguls Karp and Glaser to come together and create a branded residential experience, the first of its kind in South Florida.
The nearly 8,000 square-foot waterfront home will leave its mark on the Miami home building and real estate market, located on Hibiscus Island with breathtaking views of the bay and Edgewater skyline and a unique design. Together, all the teams playing to their strengths, have created a unique spec home featuring modern architecture with a Brazillian flair.
The project will feature the main house situated on 90 feet of waterfront as well as a guest house doubled as a three-car garage. The 15,750 square-foot lot will consist of 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, large living areas with waterfront views, a state-of-the-art kitchen and so much more. The backyard, notability the most important part of a Miami waterfront home, will feature a pool, cabana, outdoor kitchen, brand new seawall and a large dock.
Together, Bacchi, Karp and Glaser are creating paradise and history in the heart of Miami Beach.
