With a heavy tilt toward Japanese sushi and wagyu, the seafood-oriented fare brings a burst of flavors and textures, making it a delectable delight from start to finish. Fresh seafood flown in from Japan’s Toyosu Market and an unrivaled signature Wagyu Hot Rock dish elevate its dining approach to an art form. The menu pays homage to locally inspired dishes while retaining the brand’s classics, promising a tantalizing experience for the entire group.

Small touches go a long way, and the presentation of each dish and cocktail is thoughtful—such as a small martini glass paired with a sidecar of the remaining liquid, ensuring that your drink never gets warm—or the namesake Catch Roll torched tableside. For desserts, indulge in sweet and savory creations, from the signature “Hit Me” chocolate cake or its latest addition, a towering strawberry shortcake Kakigori.
