After 18 years as a professional dancer, dancing on some of the biggest stages worldwide, including broadway, Simone De La Rue (@simonedelarue.official) made a life change. De La Rue referred to this as an “organic move,” as she transitioned from dance into the fitness industry.
With ambition, passion and knowledge, De La Rue built herself an amazing career in the fitness industry over the last 10 years. Body By Simone, which is commonly referred to as “Hollywood's hottest workout empire,” has helped get some of Hollywood’s most accomplished get ready for any and every award show. She has also starred on Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian. De La Rue has built a name for herself in the celebrity field and beyond.
With two brick-and-mortar locations in New York City and Los Angeles, De La Rue is serving her talents and expertise to women nationwide, as well as through her Body By Simone app.

As a fitness expert and entrepreneur, she has just launched another wellness focussed venture, her Transform From Within program. After a decade in the industry, De La Rue noticed a gap she wanted to fill. She explained, “My new course is really about looking at behaviors, passions and mindset, and trying to get people to shift those first.”

Her four-week, Transform From Within program breaks each week into very specific and motivating courses. Week one focuses on Getting Honest With The Present, Week 2 focuses on Starting From Within, week three focuses on Creating Space For Self Love and week 4 focuses on Stepping Into Your Own Vision.

When discussing with De La Rue who the typical student is for this transformative program she rhymed off anything you could imagine from the working mom, the stay at home mom, the woman in recovery, the newly employed, those who don’t know how or when to start a new wellness journey. “This program is for all kinds of women that find themselves stuck in a rut, where they've tried everything, and they just can't move forward, like they've tried to succeed and they're struggling.” said De La Rue.
When looking to start a transformative journey, the first step is always the hardest. When discussing with De La Rue which week in the program is most pivotal she mentioned that each week builds off the next, but of course, the first week is where the work begins. “Maybe even the first week, because even the first exercise the first week is about getting honest with the present,” explained De La Rue, “Because that's when you're having to really take a good hard look at yourself.”
While taking a hard look at yourself is always a difficult step, it is the first step towards total transformation. Mindset is important and committing to bettering yourself and your mindset is even more.
