The Chanel archives are chock-full of signature motifs: tweeds, pearls, camellia flowers. But it is the supple, quilted leather of the handbags that has become most synonymous with the iconic brand. Not surprising, it was amid the classic 2.55s and undeniably cool Boy Bags that designers found inspiration for Chanel’s latest jewelry collection: Coco Crush.

The selection, which took more than two years to create, reimagines the quilted detailing in 18K white, yellow and pink gold. Some pieces are low key and quiet (stackable bands of varying widths); others are statement makers (think regal cuffs bathed in diamond pavé). But albeit a significant price range—pieces start at $2,350 and go up (and up)—the collection is meant to be mixed and matched. It’s a chic, classic and personal approach that guarantees timeless style. Bal Harbour Shops, 9700 Collins Ave., 305.868.0550
