New Year’s Eve at The Forge: The elder statesman of Miami fine dining is hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner and dancing fête that's not to be missed. Dine at either the three-course 6 p.m. seating ($95 per person) or four-course 8 p.m. slot with party favors, including unlimited Veuve Clicquot ($390 per person).
