Wynwood welcomes a new ice cream shop to its neighborhood with Cielito Artisan Pops, which through partnerships with Miami-based artists is creating larger-than-life popsicles for your appetite and decor.
Located within a black-andwhite- striped warehouse in the Wynwood Arts District, Cielito Artisan Pops is offering up decadent treats that taste as good as they look. Founder Sindy Posso is merging fresh, non- GMO ingredients with aesthetic flair to create the picture-perfect popsicle. “We create delicious and healthy artisan popsicles hand-crafted daily in small batches,” says Posso. “We passionately care about what we put into our bodies, so we only sell products with the highestquality ingredients.” Opt for unexpected base flavors like avocado and hibiscus flower with your choice of toppings, including organic toasted marshmallows, caramelized cacao nibs, coconut flakes and, yes, even edible rose petals. There’s also an impressive lineup of pre-made must-trys; think vanilla bean pops filled with homemade brownie chunks or the mascarpone cheese pop infused with caramelized cherries. Pro tip: Cielito’s creates special weekly flavors, like the Key lime pie pop covered with torched Italian meringue. Wanna Basel there? In addition to over-the-top sweets, the shop has collaborated with Miami artists to create exclusive wall art. “I contacted Wynwood graffiti artists and gave them a blank wooden pop,” says Posso. Each one features a different design that screams Miami and represents the artist’s individual style. Edible or not, there’s an IG-worthy popsicle for everyone who visits. 2750 NW Third Ave., Ste. 20A, Miami, 305.397.7392
