As someone who could live anywhere in the world, Cindy Prado (@cindyprado) chooses to stay close to home in one of the most vibrant cities in the world, Miami. As a model, influencer and entrepreneur, Prado has experienced cultures all around the globe, but something always brings her back to the Magic City.
“Miami obviously opens your eyes to cool things that are going on around you, and it inspires you to go and try new things,” she explained, “Miami always has had such an influence, it's always so lively.” When Prado isn’t jet-setting to destinations all over the world for photoshoots, she can typically be found in Miami, where she feels the most at home and in element with her everyday routines.
With her community at the core of her business, Prado has leaped out of the influencer space and has truly become an entrepreneur. From fitness to cuisine, she emphasizes being able to build a community alongside her followers and fans, bringing them on the journey with her.

During the middle of the pandemic, Prado began posting her bikini-balcony workouts on social media which quickly led into a cult community in and of itself. Through her daily workouts, The Prado Program was born, alongside Miami fitness guru Luis Buron of House of Transformation. Prado and Buron designed the 12-week program with her community at the forefront, “Every week you get a video of me talking to whoever's in the program, and you also get my exact workout routines and everything that I do with my trainer.”
But fitness wasn’t enough for the hungry entrepreneur. As a local who supports many Miami-based businesses from David Grutman’s restaurants, to family-run spots like Dal Plin Italian Eatery, Prado has officially stepped into the culinary and hospitality industry herself. Alongside other local influencers including Samantha Schnur (@thenaughtyfork) and Yanni Georgoulakis (@foodyfetish), the three creators teamed up with Andrew Mayer of OG Hospitality, to create three unique culinary concepts. Located within Oasis Wynwood the content and culinary masterminds have officially opened, Miss Crispy Rice, Sushi OG and Papi Churro, a trio of extremely unique takes on the beloved dishes.
“Miss Crispy Rice is the first crispy rice bar in the world,” she exclaimed, “You know how usually you only get spicy tuna crispy rice, well here the possibilities are endless. We have A-5 wagyu beef crispy rice, truffle, avocado, scallops, you could do anything you want with the crispy rice.”
While all four partners involved all have such different niches, together they have created something special. “Usually people hire influencers to come in and promote, and he [Mayer] was just like, no let's do it together.” Combined, Prado, Schnur and Georgoulakis have nearly a 7 million follower network, and growing, with a community in Miami and beyond. “The support from the Miami fanbase has been so good, because most people follow all three of us at the same time, so every time we go in and we're just hanging out at the restaurant, it's been so amazing to meet everyone and see everybody supporting. It’s a great team that we created.”
When Prado is not indulging in delicious food or hitting the gym, she can be found taking care of herself from her hair to her face. Miami is a go-to destination for some of its world class amenities from fitness, food, salons, spas and more which keep our city’s talent photo shoot ready. Living in a city and working in an industry where beauty is quite prevalent there is no doubt she knows who to see for what! When Prado is in Miami, she is loyal to Savanna Marie Salon (@savannamariesalon), she exclaimed “I will never go anywhere else!” And as she poses for the camera, she keeps her skin in tip-top shape with her holy-grail facials in Miami from Glow B Roe (@glotique) and Azala Skin Clinic (@azalaskinclinic).
With her entrepreneurial spirit in hand, this is just the beginning for Prado. She smiled as she said she has a lot more in the works that she cannot share yet, but is so excited to bring her expertise, passion and commitment of fitness, food and fashion into many more ventures in Miami and beyond.
