Tacos are a universal love language, so why not make them available to all? While we all know and love Coyo Taco’s irresistible lineup of authentic Mexican tacos—from the new beef birria tacos to the classic al pastor or pollo al carbon—the cherished destination recently released a brand-new lineup of plant-based delicacies in a collaboration with leading plant-based chicken brand Daring Foods. Through the partnership, Coyo presents the vegetarian-friendly taco and torta (sandwich) with the “pollo” al carbon tacos—grilled marinated Daring chicken, queso, pico de gallo, salsa fresca and cilantro—as well as the “pollo” al carbon torta— grilled marinated Daring chicken, black beans, queso mix, avocado, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, pickled jalapenos and onions on a freshly baked bolillo roll. Additionally, Coyo offers its beloved plant-based tacos, hongos (mushroom) or coliflor (cauliflower). Pair them with Coyo’s famed chips and guac with a chilled margarita and you’ll quickly enter Mexican street food bliss. 2320 NW Second Ave., Miami, @coyotaco
