Celebrating Miami’s 3-05, two culinary legends are teaming up for a flavor-packed celebration! From March 5 through the end of the month, COYO Taco and Versailles are joining forces to serve up limited-edition Cuban-Mexican mashups in honor of COYO’s 10th anniversary and March 5th.
The collaboration combines Versailles’ iconic Cuban recipes with COYO’s modern taco twist, featuring exclusive menu items like the Lechon Taco, Vaca Frita Bowl and Guacamole with Mariquitas. But the real party kicks off March 5 at both brands’ flagship spots in Wynwood and Calle Ocho with free cafecito, music and delicious bites.
"Bringing together Versailles’ rich tradition and COYO Taco’s bold flavors is a celebration of Miami’s vibrant food culture,” says Felipe Valls, CEO of Valls Restaurant Group.
In honor of the festivities, guests can enjoy COYO Taco Wynwood’s on-site coffee cart by sister company La Carreta or venture to Versailles’ iconic Ventanita—takeout coffee window—for Coyo Taco’s signature margarita because nothing says 305 like this iconic Miami fusion
For those looking to toast to 10 years of tacos, COYO has more in store, including a throwback parking lot party on March 28. @COYOTaco, @versaillesmiami
