See nine genetically-gifted (not to mention, powerful) Miami men who are not so quietly running the city's hottest clubs and restaurants. It's getting a little hot in here...
His Personal Style: "I take my fashion cues from a more European perspective; I prefer the tailored cut, slim fitted clothes of the Italian and French designers over the boxy cuts found with a lot of U.S. suit makers."
Where to Find Him: "Miami is rich in diverse cultures of food and nightlife. My tastes are really eclectic with respect to where I usually hang out, but I love to try new things. With the limited free time I get outside of my own club, you may find me at some hole-in-the-wall neighborhood bar with exceptional craft cocktails, or doing wine tastings at various places around the city."
His Personal Style: "I'm a T-shirt and jeans kind of guy, [though] I really like ready-to-wear shoes and clothes from luxury brands."
Where to Find Him: "I'm usually hanging out at places that I work at: Baby Jane, Ariete, or Sidebar. If I'm not there, I like the beach or being out on the boat. I also eat at Nobu's sushi bar a lot—maybe too much."
His Personal Style: "I care about my style all the time. I like to wear colorful print shirts and pants, I love to wear jackets and suits, especially on the weekends—and I love high-end streetwear brands like Off-White, Marcelo Burlon, and Palm Angels."
Where to Find Him: "I spend most of my time in Miami Beach—lunch always at Quattro [Gastronomia Italiana], especially on weekdays because my office is on Lincoln Road. On the weekends, I like to go to Wynwood; on Sundays, Coconut Grove; and at night, you can always find me at W South Beach—first at Living Room and then at WALL for some late night stories."
His Personal Style: "My personal style is a bit 'nightcrawler.' My staples are Nike Airforce Ones, Dolce & Gabbana jeans, American Apparel T-shirts, jackets and coats by Gucci, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, gold accessories, always dark oversized glasses, and a perfectly faded beard by Rich The Barber (barber to the top hip hop artists)."
Where to Find Him: My favorite nighttime hang is of course my club, Mokai. My favorite restaurants are NaiYaRa, Seaspice, Casa Tua, and Las Vacas Gordas. My favorite new area is the Miami River, which is why I chose to open my upcoming new restaurant Kiki on The River (October 2016), which will be very much a daytime vibe and power lunch scene—so the shades will come in handy. Lastly, I'm single."
His personal style: "I am not too flashy, I wear black most of the time. During the weeknights, I’m more casual with a solid black T-shirt or button down, and on the weekends, I pick it up a notch and wear a blazer or suit. The only thing I like to mix up and play with are my kicks—I have over 200 pairs of shoes that I have to work with."
Where to Find Him: "I work a lot between all my different venues, so I spend most of time there even when I am just hanging with friends. I go to my bar, Foxhole to watch sports on the TVs, and I like to take my friends and family to eat at Drunken Dragon and Quattro. And if I'm just looking to chill and have a nice cocktail, I like going to the Living Room. I just recently started to venture off the beach and have been hitting up different spots in Wynwood. But honestly even when I am not working, you can find me at one of my venues."
His Personal Style: "I'll let the one with the style—my wife, Tamara—describe mine... Sophisticated beatnik sounds about right!"
Where to Find Him: "By the pool with the dog, the family, the grill...all day. That's my style, too!"
His Personal Style: "Smart, chic, and elegant. I like to mix classic with more modern styles. I prefer brands [like] Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent, and Loro Piana."
Where to Find Him: "When I'm not at one of the Mr. Hospitality entities, you can find me at Mandolin [Aegean Bistro], Standard Hotel, 27 Restaurant, Sugar, Segafredo, etc."
Gomez on His Personal Style: "My style is more laid-back. I throw on whatever I feel comfortable in depending on how I’m feeling that day."
Where to Find Him: "I'm an avid cyclist, so when I’m not working at Drunken Dragon or Foxhole, I like to put miles on my bike. I usually ride five to six times a week. When I’m not riding or working, I enjoy spending my time at Soho Beach House and eating out at my favorite local spots."
Febres on His Personal Style: "The style I stick to is comfort. Being in the hospitality industry, my schedule keeps me on-the-go all day. Days begin early with my daughter's school, and go into late evenings at Drunken Dragon, Foxhole, and our new project coming soon. My look has to be transitional because I never really know where I'll be or who I'll be around, so I stick to a simple, crisp look that usually entails AG jeans, solid colored Supreme shirts, and some comfortable sneakers—right now they are Nike 95s or Valentino."
Where to Find Him: "The best place to hang out for me aside from my venues is out on the ocean. There's something special about being out in the open water with the view of Miami in front of you. A little boat ride always clears my head and if you pair it up with some fish from Garcia's restaurant—perfect day."
