One of New York City’s most famous bars is making its way to Miami this month.
Miamians will have the chance to sip on some of the Dead Rabbit’s most favored cocktails including Death Knell, Red Alert, and their world-famous Irish Coffee.
The award-winning Irish bar will be launching on November 30, at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. The bar is best known for its inventive cocktails and large whisky collection, which they will aim to mimic in this Miami Beach pop-up.
Cocktails will stay true to their Irish recipes while tapping into Miami’s exotic flair. Matthew Kiner, Director of Food & Beverage, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach expressed, “A hotel rich in history, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach has long been a place to celebrate the ever-evolving cocktail culture of Miami, and because of this, we couldn’t be more excited to introduce The Dead Rabbit to Miami.”
Some new exclusive cocktails for the South Beach bar include South Beach Belle View, Mexican Tuxedo, The Unusual and Praia Provence, which have been carefully curated alongside The Dead Rabbit’s Beverage Director Jillian Vose and The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach’s Head Bartender Enzo Cangemi.
The Dead Rabbit team is excited to expand to a new and different market here in Miami. “We have always looked to redefine the Irish Bar experience, constantly asking ourselves how to elevate and evolve to create a memorable and hospitable experience for our guests. Having the opportunity to showcase this through our residency at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach is a perfect testament to our commitment,” said Vose.
The exciting pop-up and addition to the Ritz-Carlton’s food and beverage experience will take place during Art Week. RSVP is required for the exclusive seating and tasting of the curated cocktails using this Eventbrite page.
In addition, Vose and the team at Dead Rabbit are hosting two cocktail-making masterclasses to curate the perfect cocktail. Masterclasses are on December 4 and December 11 and guests can register through this Eventbrite page.
Not only is Dead Rabbit emphasizing their commitment to the Miami culture, but they are excited to teach new guests about the cocktail-making experience.
