“For years, I’ve felt that Miami’s dining scene could greatly benefit from more diversity in the ways people can experience Vietnamese cuisine,” Arrighi explains. “As the city’s culinary reputation continues to grow, I saw the opportunity for a fine-dining Vietnamese restaurant and I knew it was the ideal moment to bring a truly unique concept to Miami Beach. This restaurant is a way of sharing a piece of myself and the rich culinary traditions of my upbringing, blending authenticity with a fresh approach.”
