Step into a world of French elegance and vibrant charm as La Grande Boucherie debuts in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth. With lush gardens, intricate interiors, and a menu that redefines gastronomy, this enchanting brasserie offers an unforgettable blend of timeless design and refined cuisine.
Nestled in the heart of Miami Beach’s coveted South of Fifth neighborhood, La Grande Boucherie introduces an enchanting dining experience where French culinary tradition meets the timeless charm of early 20th-century design.
This debut marks The Group Hospitality’s first Miami outpost, blending its signature Parisian brasserie concept with a lush, garden-inspired ambiance. Drawing inspiration from Paul Poiret’s legendary 1920s Oasis Parties, the venue offers an immersive escape, seamlessly intertwining vibrant greenery, intricate interiors, and refined dishes that transport guests to the Golden Age of Paris.
Co-designed by Legeard Studio and Emil Stefkov, La Grande Boucherie honors both the grandeur of Denise Boulet, wife of Paul Poiret, and the Art Deco architecture of Henry Hohauser’s historic 1938 building. Guests are welcomed through a floral-filled courtyard into a space defined by polished brass accents, mosaic floors, and French antiques, while the upper level evokes a seductive atmosphere with jewel-toned wallpaper and intimate seating overlooking the lush gardens below. Every detail reflects the festive spirit of Poiret’s soirées, merging artistry, fashion, and culture.
Executive chef Leonardo Pablo, known for his roles at Jean-Georges and Miami’s premier dining destinations, leads a menu celebrating French gastronomy with a Miami twist. Locally sourced meats, such as chateaubriand pour deux and plateau du boucher, are complemented by an exclusive seafood-centric selection, including stone crab, Mediterranean octopus, and loup de mer. Each dish showcases chef Pablo’s dedication to quality, sustainability, and seasonal ingredients, creating an unforgettable culinary journey.
To complement the menu, the beverage program offers an extensive selection of French wines and lesser-known grape varietals alongside signature cocktails inspired by Poiret’s eclectic tastes. This artful combination of gastronomy and libations solidifies La Grande Boucherie as a beacon of sophistication in Miami Beach, setting the stage for future ventures from The Group Hospitality that promise to further elevate the city’s culinary scene. 81 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, @boucherie_us
