The rooftop of world-famous mega club E11EVEN has found its newest resident, and her name is Giselle Miami. A partnership between E11EVEN and Fort Lauderdale-based hospitality group The Restaurant People gave birth to this sophisticated yet sexy restaurant concept that will showcase globally-inspired cuisine and a bespoke ambiance, set to debut in 2023.
“Over the years, we have expanded the E11EVEN brand exponentially. What started as a single ultraclub has since grown into an ecosystem that (currently) has a crypto division, a hotel and residences, a vodka, an apparel line, a sound system, and a music division,” said Dennis DeGori, owner and creator of E11EVEN Miami.
Giselle Miami is the latest addition to the E11EVEN empire, rounding out a robust hospitality and entertainment portfolio just shy of one asset: a restaurant. Devoted party-goers can now rest easy knowing that dinner is taken care of by the same engine that will fuel their bottle-popping extravaganza until the sun rises.
However, DeGori noted that Giselle is just as much a dining destination for all as it is an extension of the scene downstairs.
“Whether guests are joining us just for dinner, and then leaving to go home or perhaps elsewhere in this great city, or if they are planning on going downstairs to E11EVEN, Giselle is for anyone who is looking for a spectacular experience, from dining to cocktails, service, ambiance and design,” DeGori said.
The design aspect has been meticulously crafted with extravagance and tasteful seduction at the hands of South Africa-based interior architect Tristan du Plessis, who incorporated custom-made decor elements from around the world to match the international menu by Chef Gustavo Zaluaga.
“I think our guests will be surprised at the elegance of the decor and attention to detail throughout the restaurant,” said Tim Petrillo, co-founder and CEO of The Restaurant People. “It will help transport them to a very different offering that they have not yet experienced in Miami.”
Guests can maneuver through different sections of the restaurants for a taste of alternating ambiances dictated by decor, although united by one overarching design flow, DeGori described. With a luxe indoor dining room and outdoor space protected by a retractable roof, Giselle is equipped to withstand any weather scenario.
The Restaurant Group’s initial foray into the Miami market is slated to be a grand one, aided by award-winning E11EVEN’s renowned reputation for executing a first-class, 24/7 entertainment experience.
“We felt that there would be no better place to launch our first full-service restaurant than on top of the greatest club in the world,” Petrillo said. “We are looking to blend the best of both worlds: the high-energy atmosphere that E11EVEN is known for alongside a unique dining experience that TRP has a reputation for delivering.”
