The wealthiest zip code in the United States is listing its final and only collection of new homesites with 12 custom single-family home estates –four of which have already sold.

Fisher Island, one of the world's top private island communities off Miami beach, recently achieved the $1 billion sellout of its newest condominium buildings, Palazzo Della Luna and Palazzo Del Sol, this spring; led by developer Heinrich von Hanau's Fisher Island Holdings, LLC.
