YOTEL will launch the first-ever joint hotel and pad concept in downtown Miami on June 1. The futuristic facility is now accepting reservations, and It will bring YOTEL's community-centric ambiance, trademark design, and technology to South Florida.
The hotel includes thoughtfully designed rooms, while YOTELPAD, located directly above the hotel, offers contemporary apartment-style pads. Guests can enjoy two on-site restaurants and bars, a pool deck, and a state-of-the-art gym at this landmark location driven by ultra-modern amenities. Travelers will also benefit from self-service kiosks that allow them to check-in in under a minute, SmartKey mobile entry, in-room mood lighting, and concierge robots delivering amenities making the experience more futuristic.
Located at 227 NE 2nd St., YOTEL is conveniently located within walking distance to many of Downtown Miami's most popular destinations. Bayfront Park, FTX Arena, the Port of Miami, Miami Beach, and Miami International Airport are all within a few minutes drive. Brickell, Wynwood, the Design District, and Coconut Grove are also nearby.

YOTEL's rooms are packed with innovative technology. Starting at check-in, where stations provide a contactless hotel greeting, visitors can opt for room access via YOTEL's mobile app instead of physical keys. Guests seeking an in-person encounter can approach a whimsical life-sized popsicle installation by Chaz Capobianco to chat with a crew member, who is available 24/7 alongside two resident concierge delivery robots.
The 222 hotel rooms at YOTEL Miami range from 225 to 430 square feet and are available in king, queen, and twin configurations. The flexible SmartBedTM, ingenious storage, and open concept bathrooms are part of the brand's brilliant innovation. Guests can also use the room's color wheel tool to create their mood lighting and use in-room mobile casting.
YOTELPAD Miami's 231 pads are bookable from one night to monthly prices for individuals looking for an apartment-style stay with YOTEL design and facilities. Pad spaces include a full kitchen with appliances, dishware, washer and dryer, a living room with a bespoke Murphy bed, and a balcony with amazing views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. The pad guests will enjoy daily housekeeping and access to all communal spaces and facilities and the same outstanding service and experiences as the hotel.

The YOTEL guest experience revolves around Komyuniti. Guests may access the venue's iconic Komyuniti room from the ground level, a vibrantly furnished space with futuristic pods for meetings, co-working, or hanging up with friends. YOTEL also has multifunctional areas with 620 square feet of flexible layouts suitable for conferences and events.
Mazeh, located on the ground floor of the YOTEL Miami, offers a full-service tapas-style Middle-Eastern experience. The restaurant is ideal for sharing small plates, crafting cocktails, and people-watching. The property's pool and restaurant Float, an elevated outdoor lounge where guests may enjoy cocktails and light meals while taking in the Miami air, is located 12 floors up with views of Biscayne Bay. Art pieces and a live music series will surround diners. The first-floor Grab + Go will keep guests fuelled with snacks and pre-packaged meals.
The YOTEL gym is located next to the outdoor deck. Guests can exercise with state-of-the-art equipment from Homage and Technogym, each with built-in fitness courses. YOTEL Miami is an ideal venue for off-site meetings and events, with over 1,000 square feet of versatile space. Three hub meeting rooms with the option to be combined into one substantial private space and a central lounge with tea/coffee amenities are available to groups.
Reservations are now open on the website, with starting rates at $199 for rooms and $349 for pads.
Aria Development Group and Aqarat have partnered to create YOTEL Miami and YOTELPAD Miami. When the building's 231 full-time pads went on the market, they sold out in quick time. Following the inauguration of YOTELPAD Park City in 2020, YOTELPAD Miami is the brand's second pad location worldwide. Miami is YOTEL's sixth US location and its twenty-first worldwide.
