Inspired by the term “fuze”—“the mechanical element that sets off an explosive charge in the body, igniting the deepest light within it,” says owner and founder Elisa Kaylin—Sunset Harbour’s hot new fitness destination, Fuze House, promises to do just that to the body. Kaylin, a longtime fitness guru and Pilates instructor, put her heart and soul into the stunning new studio, which offers Pilates, yoga and sculpt classes, all within a heated infrared boutique-style studio.

Inside, you’ll find a Zen-like oasis, marked with an Instagram-worthy LED sign of encouragement reading “you got this” that anchors the space, as well as neutral-colored workout equipment and greenery that completes the setting. Even the bathroom and locker area have been dressed in detail, complete with lush bath products from The Ouai, natural deodorants and body perfumes, ponytail holders and more. No need or want is left unattended, speaking to the elite clientele that frequents the space.

Striving to set the body and soul on fire, each class offers a Pilates-inspired workout that fuses low-impact, high-intensity movements with Bala weights and resistance bands to create the ever-desired burn factor in the workout. Offering hot Pilates, Hot Sculpt-Strength, Hot Sculpt-HIIT, Hot Sculpt-Ballet and multiple hot yoga varieties (vinyasa flow, power vinyasa and Candlelit Restorative), there truly is something for every level of fitness. Ending the class in the long-awaited shavasana, class goers will receive a rejuvenating cold-pressed towel with eucalyptus oil on their face or backs, bringing them back to the present and feeling reenergized.
