Health and wellness have become invaluable elements in our world today. However, it’s often tough to differentiate the facts from fiction and, even more so, finding what fits for your mind and body. Miami resident and holistic health coach Giordana Vogel (@gigivogel_) embarked on her wellness journey eight years ago and has shared her knowledge and expertise with others, hoping to spread awareness on how to live our best and most fulfilling lives.
Additionally, she created her own lifestyle and beauty line, De La Heart (@delaheart), which ranges from products like her beloved lymphatic drainage kit to bath therapy salts and so much more. Find out more from Vogel on how to achieve the balance of mindful living.
What prompted you to start De La Heart?
De La Heart was born out of the love and personal necessity to merge my passion of caring for the body, mind and soul through holistic approaches into one place. After many years of self-experimentation and researching the best tools and practices to heal myself, I realized that my true calling was to make this information accessible for others to experience more healthful and diverse lives as well.
What have you learned most about yourself throughout your wellness journey?
I’ve learned that you can take back and transform your life at any point using natural alternatives, mindfulness and movement. It’s never too early or too late to start living the life you’ve always dreamed of.
What is your favorite aspect of helping others along their wellness journeys?
Making a positive impact on someone else’s life while sharing my story and knowledge is really what this is about. I’m a giver by nature, and adding value to my community, friends and family makes my heart so full and keeps me motivated to show up every day.

Tell us how you created the lymphatic drainage body tool.
Wood therapy is an old-school body massage technique used in Latin America to boost lymphatic drainage and to reduce cellulite. When I was growing up in Colombia, my mom would get this type of massage religiously. Inspired by her original tool from the ’90s, I designed a sexier, more ergonomic and easy-to-use version, which has now become our hero product. It’s been incredibly fulfilling to make wellness accessible to women everywhere as these type of massages done by a professional normally range anywhere from $150 to $300 per session. Our customers and community love that they can have this tool at their convenience at an accessible price.
Can you break down your favorite beauty products?
After years of trying and doing it all, I’ve learned that less is more. I now like to keep it really simple and as clean as possible. For my face, I use Diane Walder’s green tea cleanser, Dr. Barbara Sturm’s face cream and glow drops and EltaMD sunscreen. I love KORA Organics noni radiant eye oil for my eyes and their turmeric brightening mask for sun spots. For my body, I only use De La Heart’s organic jojoba and almond oil, as well as our shea butter. They keep my skin hydrated and moisturized, helping me prevent stretch marks during both my pregnancies.
Three things you can’t live without?
Exercise, meditation and my De La Heart visor to protect my skin from the sun!
