Known for his talents at Eating House and Luca Osteria, Rapicavoli will bring his Argentine roots–which inspire his dishes–to the Coconut Grove restaurant. Starting in August, the restaurant will undergo a menu transformation reflecting his culinary methods, which Miami residents know and love.
“Our approach is driven by quality ingredients,” Rapicavoli shares. “This allows the natural flavors to shine. “We’re not hiding behind complex techniques or excessive garnishes. Instead, we’re letting premium dishes and the mastery of fire speak for themselves.”

With a menu designed for sharing, guests can enjoy a meal starting with avocado caprese with Florida burrata, purple basil and citrus vinegar. Enjoy Sebastian Inlet clams with white beans, chorizo dashi and grilled bread, jalapeño pesto green pasta with stracciatella, Florida basil and cashews, lobster raviolo and more.
“Our goal is straightforward: create a welcoming space where the food speaks for itself,” Rapicavoli shares. "It’s all about showcasing quality dishes in an environment where our neighbors feel right at home.”
With an open-plan kitchen, guests can enjoy a sophisticated design featuring Coconut Grove’s natural beauty. With earthy tones and elegant accents, guests can dine on the shareable dishes surrounded by fountains and elegant landscaping reflecting the hotel’s garden-centric design.
