Lyfe Social is a new Miami-based app that will help you and your friends plan your next night out. Its primary objective is to inform you of what's hot and what's not and who's where; a perfect app for a buzzing city like Miami, where many hot things are popping up all the time.

Jeff Yanes, the app's creator, had the same thoughts every time he wanted to hang out with his friends: "Where do I go? What are the best spots to visit today? "Hello, who's there?" Before heading out. Any Miami local asks the same questions.
The app works by using Google Maps data to fill the destinations around a user, allowing them to plan their night out. Users can then check into the venue, and are visible to users who follow them. They will be able to publish to the app's feed and communicate with other Lyfe Social users once they have checked in.
With Lyfe, there will be no more outdated information or unhelpful reviews. People use the app to assist each other in picking the following location to go by voting and sharing in real-time while keeping their friends informed about their plans.
"We've all wasted time going to a venue that was 'dead' in search of life," says Jeff Yanes, Founder of Lyfe. "With Lyfe, I'm hoping to give users a tool to make sure they have the best day or night possible, taking their social media networking from their phone to real life."
While Lyfe starts as a virtual platform, the idea is to attract users into the real world by facilitating in-person connections. Like other social networking platforms, Yanes believes his software is a tool to increase physical engagement and strengthen bonds rather than a replacement for social interaction.
Users of traditional social media sites can use features that encourage screen-to-screen connection. Lyfe combines standard features with some innovative techniques to boost face-to-face interactions. Yanes thinks this new software would inspire people to spend more time in person rather than on their phones.
Miami is going to get crowded for f1, and everyone is seeking for something to do. Lyfe is always with you, no matter where you are in the city. Open the app to check what restaurants are close and popular, as well as those that are less popular. Who knows, maybe you'll find a new restaurant.
Want to get a head start on your night out with friends but aren't quite ready to completely socialize? When you open the Lyfe app, you'll be able to select a pub that has amazing beverages and isn't too crowded.
3. Avoid Your Ex
Are you going through a breakup and want to stay away from your ex because Miami is such a tiny town? Use the Lyfe app to stay safe and eliminate the fear of colliding with them. This is made possible through Lyfe's ability to show you who is where, allowing you to know where to go and where not to go.
Have you been dragged into a group chat but are taking longer to prepare than everyone else? If that's the case, you may catch up with your friends using the Lyfe app. You don't have to skip a beat just because you're late.
The best part about all of these possibilities is that, with Formula One arriving in Miami this week, there will be crowds everywhere. Allow Lyfe Social to lead the way and have the best time possible.
