Just in time to start the new year on a good note, Jaguar Sun is excited to announce the reopening of their Downtown food and beverage concept. On January 6, Jaguar Sun Downtown will open its doors to the Miami community.
Chef Juan Garrido of Bocadillos Aita is excited to bring a new food menu to the exciting venue.
Garrido’s new food pop-up at Jaguar Sun is Gilda. The Gilda menu will feature a variety of Basque pintxos, which are inspired by his Spanish roots. The menu features items including Tuna a smoked yellowfin tuna marinated in espelette oil, lime and served with Spanish potato chips, Bikini which is a grilled cheese made with ham, gruyere cheese, green apple butter and black truffle, Meatballs which are cooked in tomato-based sauce with chorizo, onions, peppers, garlic and served alongside piquillos and shoestring potatoes. Dishes range from $8 to $14.
In addition to the delicious main menu offerings, they also have a daily happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., serving $1 oysters and mignonette, olives and potato chips salsa brava spice.
Staying true to Jaguar Sun’s famed cocktails, the Downtown location will feature all of the classics. Cocktails include Fino Martini with gin, fino sherry and clarified passionfruit, Green Ghoul with Blanco tequila, mezcal, poblano, cucumber and lime and the Very Strong Baby Mexican rum, strawberry Campari, bittered vermouth and pear eau de vie.
The venue will be open from Thursday through Sunday, from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Jaguar Sun is the perfect place to sit back and relax with friends while embracing Miami’s vast culture and culinary scene. The Downtown location is located at 230 NE 4th Street and the team is so excited to reopen its doors to customers this week.
