Peruvian roots meet a globally-inspired fare at Jattö in the Wynwood Arts District. In this newly opened spot, guests can indulge in delicious cocktails with cheeky names like Shiso Horny and El Apocalypto and great gastronomic options. The restaurant has a chic and ambient setting complete with indoor dining and a lush patio ideal for al fresco splendor. Wrapped in accents of earthy tones and natural décor, the space creates an inviting yet relaxed and modern atmosphere.

Jattö (Ha-Tö), a play on the Peruvian term meaning "home," combines Peruvian, Colombian, and Spanish flavors.
Chef Henry Hané of B Bistro + Bakery puts his knowledge on display at the new restaurant. He creates a bright New World food menu paired with a high-end drink and wine options by fusing his Peruvian roots with influences from Colombia, Spain, and Thailand. Hané and Chef de Cuisine Aleric Constantin work together to keep the kitchen's inventiveness flowing with fresh and seasonal ingredients showcased throughout the concept's imaginative cuisine and high-end bar program.
At Jattö, the result of collaborations with local partners introduce a menu featuring items such as George Stone Crab Causa with acevichado sauce, avocado, egg yolk fudge, and choclo chalaquita; and Affogato Colada with Frice sorbet, condensada espuma, and colada syrup.
The bread service provided by Sullivan Street Bakery is not to be missed. It comes with a delicious dollop of butter mixed with Cuban coffee and delectable brunch dishes such as Cereal Milk French Toast made with brioche loaf, cereal milk anglaise, and cinnamon toast crunch. Also, avocado Toast dressed with green goddess and olive oil.
Innovative evening highlights include Octopus Chips with botija aioli; Ikura Arepa topped with whipped cream cheese, capers, pickled shallots, dill, and E.V. bagel; the intriguing and delicious Foie Gras Dippin Dots complemented by seasonal fruit, savory pastry cream, and sweet wine gelee; Magic City Mushroom served with Tom Kha cream and crunchy garlic salad; Mr. Benedict with soft egg, hollandaise, crispy bacon, panela gel, smoked paprika, and toasted Hawaiian bread; and Leek Confit accompanied by roasted cashew romesco and leek ash, amongst others. The restaurant also offers main dishes for two or half portions, including a Coconut Miso Grouper with crispy ginger, hearts of palm salad, sazon sushi rice, and lettuce wraps. Also, Huancaina Chicken served with canary beans, quinoa, and criolla slaw.
The rich culinary choices are complemented by an outstanding bar program featuring inventive cocktails and a fine wine list. The featured cocktails include Shiso Horny – Grey Goose Pear Vodka, Chareau, shiso, cucumber, and Calamansi; O.G. Gaucho – Apostoles Gin, Chinola, guava, kumquat, and Yerba Mate; K.B. Capo – J.M. Agricole Rhum, Appleton Estate Signature Rum, salted vanilla, yuzu, lemon verbena, and absinthe spray; Flash Carbonated Mojito – Mt. Gay Eclipse, mint, lime, cane syrup, and lime zest; and Cartel Negroni – Coconut Cartel rum, roasted banana infused Cinzano 1757 sweet vermouth and coco washed Campari.
Jattö is located at 223 NW 23rd St. in Miami. Dinner is served Monday to Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The bar is open Monday to Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and Sunday from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Brunch is available on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For more information, visit the website.
