Meet the Magic City's most magical wellness influencer.

Jennifer Nicole Lee is a living, breathing stream of emojis. Peace, smiles, flexed biceps, lightning bolts, shooting stars and confetti. So much confetti. She is a mother, a wellness influencer, a best-selling author and a savvy businesswoman. But perhaps more than anything she is a Miamian who embodies the work-hard, play-hard ethos that makes this city so unique. From starting her morning with sunrise yoga to ending her evening glammed up and glitzed out on the town, she is the person you see on social media and wonder: How does she do it all? (Also: Where does she get all those cool sunglasses?) We caught up with the ever-dynamic founder of health and wellness brand JNL Worldwide for a glimpse into her wildly fun and bedazzled life.


Tip #1: "I’m a believer that if you win the morning, you win the day. So I like to eat the rainbow for breakfast—tons of fresh organic produce with antioxidants and vitamin C, plus a scoop of vegan plant-based protein powder."
