John Hardy Aventura Offers the Ultimate Shopping Experience

If you adore John Hardy’s beautifully handcrafted and statement-making jewels (who doesn’t?), you’re in luck. The Balinese luxury jewelry line has brought its first-ever Florida location to the Aventura Mall. “Aventura was the natural next step in growing our retail portfolio,” says John Hardy CEO Robert Hanson, “The cross-section of international and local consumers that celebrate the in-store shopping experience, combined with Aventura being one of the premier shopping destinations in the area, made it the perfect fit for our fourth stateside location.”

But the Aventura store isn’t your regular upscale jewelry boutique. The location includes a workshop that showcases the unique Balinese techniques (including special in-store demonstrations by Balinese artisans) that have defined the brand’s aesthetic for the past four decades, ever since Hardy first discovered them on a trip to Indonesia in the ‘70s. “In 2018, all consumers are educated in a way that retailers have never seen before,” says Hanson, “With that in mind, we have been intentionally measured in developing our retail presence, forgoing rapid expansion for intelligent growth in our key markets.”
