On the stovetop combine the white chocolate powder with hot water to make the syrup. Add in the creme de cacao and Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, and continue to stir until hot. Pour the mixture into a pre-warmed mug and garnish with chocolate nibs and meringues.

1 piece of freshly peeled, sliced ginger
2 mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
2 cups Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc
Juice of 2 limes
2 oz. simple syrup
1 can club soda
In a large cocktail shaker muddle together the ginger and mint. Once done, add the Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc, juice of 2 limes and 2 ounces simple syrup. Add all of those ingredients alongside a handful of ice into the shaker. Shake well and strain into glasses. Top each glass with club soda and garnish with mint.

1 bottle Kim Crawford Illuminate Rosé
Juice of 2 lemons
1 lemon, thinly sliced
8 large strawberries, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
4 basil sprigs
4 mint sprigs
2 cups sparkling pink lemonade
Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher, minus the pink lemonade, and refrigerate for 1-4 hours. Once ready to serve, stir in sparkling pink lemonade. Garnish the cocktails with herbs and fresh strawberries.
