Kith Treats celebrates Miami’s legendary Versailles restaurant in its latest Heritage Program collaboration. Discover how this iconic partnership transforms beloved Cuban flavors into irresistible creations while paying tribute to decades of tradition and community impact.
In a city where culinary heritage is a cornerstone of culture, few names resonate as deeply as Versailles. Since 1971, the famed Cuban eatery has been a beacon of tradition and flavor, offering Miamians and visitors a taste of authentic Cuban cuisine. Now, Versailles is stepping into the spotlight of Kith Treats’ renowned Heritage Program, a curated initiative honoring legacy establishments that have shaped the dining landscapes of their communities.

Teaming up with The Infatuation, Kith Treats brings its signature flair to this celebration with two indulgent, limited-time creations inspired by Versailles’ most beloved staples. The Versailles dessert transforms the restaurant’s iconic guava pastelitos into an irresistible fusion with Kith Treats’ vanilla ice cream, swirled with Rice Krispies and cheesecake bites. Meanwhile, The Cortadito reimagines Versailles’ classic Cuban coffee as a refreshing slush layered over a Golden Grahams-infused milkshake and crowned with buttered Cuban tostada.

These exclusive treats will debut at Versailles during a celebratory launch on Thursday, Dec. 12, from 5-9 p.m., offering a first taste of this unique culinary collaboration. Following the launch, the creations will be available from Dec.13-22 at Kith Treats’ Miami Design District and Miami Beach locations. A portion of the proceeds will support One Love Community Fridge, an initiative addressing food insecurity within local communities—a fitting tribute to the deeply rooted neighborhood values that define both Kith Treats and Versailles.

Kith Treats’ Heritage Program began in 2020 and has long been a champion of culinary excellence and legacy. By partnering with icons like Apple Pan in Los Angeles and Veniero’s Bakery in New York City, the program bridges tradition and innovation, celebrating establishments that have become more than just restaurants—they’re cultural institutions. With The Infatuation now as a storytelling partner, the program has reached new heights, amplifying its honorees through dynamic narratives and engaging experiences.
