Miami hospitality guru, David Grutman and Groot Hospitality know exactly how to get their customers excited. In collaboration with Daring Foods, a rising plant-based chicken company, Komodo has launched two new menu items, classic Asian dishes with a vegan twist.
The new, Daring Plant-Based Kung Pao Chicken is made with shiitake, bok choy, lotus root, sichuan peppercorn and cashews. Not only does this Kung Pao Chicken taste absolutely amazing, but emulates the texture of traditional chicken.
In addition to the Kung Pao, the Daring Plant-Based Chicken Kimichi Fried Rice has also been added to the menu with many sweet and savory flavors including pineapple kimchi, scallion, togarashi.
