Kuba Cabana explores Latin and Caribbean music, cuisine and culture, under one roof. From delicious food to a beautifully designed venue, spending time at Kuba Cabana transports you out of Miami and into paradise. The venue describes itself as, “Old World Cuba Meets Modern Miami,” and this event series is just that.
The restaurant is excited to announce the continuation of their classic event series, which is set to take place on the last Thursday of every month. “Cocktails & Cabaret” will include a delicious three-course prix fixe menu, alongside dancing, music and performances; a recipe for a spectacular evening.
The evenings will feature a Las Vegas-inspired cabaret, paying homage to Old Hollywood. From Burlesque, drag, cirque, dance performers and a live DJ, the evenings will be hosted by Miss Noel Leon and singer, songwriter Sunni Stephens.

The delicious, Latin-inspired menu includes a variety of options for every course, ensuring each diner absolutely loves their meal. For the first course, diners can choose from either Tequeños with spiced guava sauce, Croquetas de Jamon with garlic aioli, Kubiche with Corvina, aji cachucha, Leche de Tigre and red onion, Tuna Tartare with papaya, adobo, avocado and blue corn chips, Burrata and Papaya Salad with burnt papaya, pesto and balsamic glaze, Not Your Caesar Salad with charred romaine, migas and chickpeas, Empanadas de Carne o Pollo with herb mayo and red pepper aioli or Pollito Canton with crispy chicken thighs, gochujang and sesame.
The second course explores classic dishes such as Prime Palomilla with french fries, Arroz de Mar with octopus, squid, shrimp and Corvina, Grilled Red Snapper with sauteed vegetables, red pepper sofrito, Smoked Guava Pollo Barbacoa with congris y maduros and guava jus, Carne con Papas with prime eye round, salsa criolla and potato puree, Kuban Bistec a Prime New York Strip Steak for an additional $30 or the Grilled Maine Lobster for an additional $35 or $60.
For dessert, diners have the choice between Chocoland with Nutella mousse, chocolate cookies and dark chocolate or Arroz Con Leche with coconut strudel, passion fruit and meringue.
The event is excited to take place every month, where cocktail hour begins at 8 p.m. and dinner along with the main event will take place from 9:30 p.m. until close. Priced at $99 per person, the event provides entertainment alongside a fantastic meal.
If you’re looking to experience the “Cocktails & Cabaret” on a premium level, prime tables alongside bottle service are available at an additional cost. These premium table reservations take the experience to the next level with a bottle of select premium spirits and prosecco.
This is an experience like no other, immersing all your senses into the fantastic culture at Kuba Cabana. 2022 dates kick off on January 27 and include February 24, March 31, April 28, May 26, June 30, July 28, August 25, September 29, October. 27, November 17 and December 22.
