Kyle Gonzales is one of the very few who have traversed the entertainment industry successfully and now real estate. He has been behind the most iconic parties as well as award-winning events in South Florida and beyond. Kyle also runs the social media pages of some of the most famous brands and celebrities in the state. In addition, he is now making a name for himself within the south Florida luxury real estate market.
Kyle hails from South Florida, but he was born and raised in Tennessee, where he grew up in a family involved with prison ministry. As a child, he was constantly moving from one town to another because of his family’s ministry involvement. When he grew up, Kyle was in constant movement as he looked for opportunities to become successful. It was when he transferred to South Florida that he finally found a potential career.
In 2011, when Kyle started living in South Florida, he only had $300 in his pocket and didn’t know a single soul. He thought he wouldn’t even last a month, given the fast-paced lifestyle in the area and the amount of money he had to his name. When Kyle landed a job as a waiter at the south Florida hot spot, SALT7, he knew he could get more involved and started creating social media accounts for the restaurant/nightclub. Ownership quickly saw how the power of social media could help the business and offered him a Marketing Director position. This kickstarted his entire career.
While he was successfully running social media pages for Florida’s elite, the pandemic threw a wrench into his plans. Restaurants and nightclubs were closing left and right, so Kyle took a new approach: real estate. Once Florida businesses started to reopen, Kyle’s professional life took off. His social media business thrived, and he began rebranding his image to focus more on real estate. With so many people in the industry, Kyle needed to come up with a unique approach to set himself apart.
That’s when he combined his two skills to position himself as a one-of-a-kind real estate agent. When clients purchased their homes, Kyle would offer to help them curate an event, or grow their social media brand. He found his niche: a social media maven with undeniable charisma who could throw an incredible event.
Whoever buys or sells a house with Kyle will receive six months of social media branding and management for one account (personal or business page) or event design for up to 100 guests. Some restrictions apply and rules apply of course but make sure to ask him for all promotion details by emailing him at [email protected]. This will only be for a short time and the only way to acquire social media or event design from the award-winning entrepreneur.
While he’s a massive success on his own, there are still numerous people who inspire Kyle. “Some big inspirations in my real estate career are people I know down here personally,” he says. “The owner of my brokerage, Megan Romine with Luxuré Real Estate, came to South Florida as I did, not knowing anyone, and made a name for herself. In addition, Peter Wolff is an incredible professional who wanted to achieve something great and is now a real estate force in Boca Raton.”
Lastly, Kyle also cites singer and actress Dolly Parton as one of the influences in his professional career, as he’s inspired by the celebrity’s outlook in life. He relies on sincerity when dealing with all kinds of people, and makes sure his passion is magnified in his transactions.
Kyle’s advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to know what they want and to do whatever it takes to find success. One may have incredible visions and values, but at the end of the day, success requires action. This same mindset is what he uses in everything he does in his diverse careers. Kyle wants to keep the success he has attained as a creative director and real estate agent, no matter how hard things become.
