Located at the Mandarin Oriental in the heart of Brickell Key, La Mar is a go-to destination for delicious seafood and beyond. In honor of their anniversary, Executive Chef Diego Oka is teaming up with COTE Miami’s Executive Chef David Shim. From high-quality seafood and beef, this dinner is truly a foodie’s dream.
In respect to all that is happening around the world, the evening is proud to be donating a portion of the proceeds to World Central Kitchen, in support of their recent efforts with Ukrainian refugees.
This meal will be one of the most unique Miami dinners, with a complete COTE takeover at La Mar.
Upon arrival, diners will be able to indulge in their Welcome Pisco Sour, as they wait for their first course. The first course will be a choice between Caviar Toast and Fish & Tongues. For the table, the second course will offer Treasures of the Sea including raw oysters and crudo, Geoduck and Hamachi Ceviche, Diver Scallops and “Steak & Eggs”. A COTE classic, the third course will include the Butcher’s Celebration with a variety of cuts including USDA prime filet mignon, Japanese A5 ribeye from miyazaki prefecture and marinated COTE galbi. The final meat and seafood-centric course will offer Whole Florida Yellowtail Snapper, King Crab & Jumbo Prawns and Sot-Bap. Ending on a sweet note, of course, diners will indulge in Peruvian Lucuma Ice Cream and Tropical Fruit.
This one-of-a-kind meal explores the highlights of both restaurants, in an unmatched setting. Reservations are still open for this exciting celebration on March 19 and can be made at sevenrooms.com.
This is an opportunity to indulge in the meal of a lifetime, while also giving back to those in need.
