Tucked away in Sunset Harbour, Le Basilic offers a night out and so much more. The aesthetic sanctuary invites guests to come to enjoy life’s greatest luxuries in an intimate setting that simultaneously transports you to a French speakeasy while still making you feel at home. Step inside, and you’re transported to a villa that combines the Mediterranean’s laid-back luxury with the sophistication of Europe’s most stylish enclaves. The space is an ode to natural materials, where textured walls in mineral tones meet timeless furniture, and linen curtains billow gently, creating a private yet inviting space.

Le Basilic’s charm goes beyond the restaurant. Tucked away behind a hidden door is a speakeasy-style lounge called Bungalow that invites guests to an alluring world. The cozy, intimate space is drenched in soft lighting, with Castaing-style leopard carpeting underfoot and Japanese wallpapers that transport you to an inviting, hidden party. The aesthetic is effortlessly chic, inviting guests to lose themselves in the sultry ambiance of the night. On certain nights, Miami-based artist Jona Cerwinske will play host, bringing an artistic feel to the space.

The culinary offerings are equally enchanting. The menu presents Mediterranean simplicity done at its best. From perfectly al dente pasta to grilled seafood drizzled in olive oil, each dish bursts with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Slow-roasted vegetables evoke the sun-drenched gardens of Provence, and the antipasti are as refined as they are generous. It’s food that is elegant but never ostentatious and always meant to be shared—perfect for big group dinners or cozy date nights. Paired with the innovative cocktail menu or extensive wine list, the meal is complete.

What truly elevates Le Basilic is its musical programming. Every week, a curated group of emerging talents take over the beats, blending the sounds of the past into a modern soundscape. Funk, disco and deep house intertwine, elevating the energy of the dining experience and giving it a distinct Miami feel. By the end of the night, you’ll find guests dancing at the bar or in the speakeasy.
