Just announced, the Lincoln Eatery has officially opened its first pasta concept in the famous Miami Beach food hall.

PESTO Italian Cusine will now call the food hall home, where they will offer a wide selection of fresh, authentic pasta dishes.

PESTO Italian Cusine, owned by Rawad Abou Ammar and Tarek Aboudehen, has put together a comprehensive menu made from nostalgic recipes. The two have a goal to showcase authentic, European cuisine in the heart of Miami.
“We are thrilled to debut our first Italian pasta concept PESTO Italian Cuisine which offers visitors to the Lincoln Road Eatery a combination of modern dishes inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Sicily and other Italian regions in a fast casual environment,” explained Alan Roth, Eatery Director at The Lincoln Eatery.
This menu is going to become a staple in Miami Beach cuisine with a variety of drool-worthy dishes. Highlights include Penne Siciliana, Seafood Rigatoni, Chicken Escalope Paillard, Spaghetti Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna Bolognese, Simple Linguini and Mushroom Mac & Cheese. One of the most standout elements of this menu is also the price, with pasta dishes starting as low as $13.99.
In addition to the wide variety of pasta, Ammar and Aboudehen did not forget about another Italian food focal point, dessert! The dessert menu explores many classics including Tiramisu, Carrot Cake, Cheesecake and Duo Chocolate.
“Italian cuisine is generally characterized by its simplicity, its fresh ingredients and its distinct flavors,” explained Ammar. “At PESTO Italian Cuisine, diners can look forward to a simple and flavorful meal that is healthy, reasonably priced and served quickly - the perfect spot for a tasty lunch near Lincoln Road.”
PESTO Italian Cusine is an exciting addition to The Lincoln Eatery’s offerings and will most definitely be loved by all Miami foodies. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week, serving up some of the most high-quality homemade pasta dishes in the city.
