Michelle Bernstein is well known in the Miami culinary community for her two restaurants, Cafe La Trova and La Cañita. Bernstein’s cuisine celebrates bold flavors with Latin influences and she is bringing that right into your home. Past dishes available to order from Chef Bernstein include Cuban Pork with Mojo de Ajo, Slow-Braised Short Ribs with Brown Butter and Shrimp Scampi Spaghetti.
As chef and partner at Midtown’s SUGARCANE raw bar girl, chef Timon Balloo has committed his cuisine to exploring a variety of different flavors. Balloo has a very unique take on cuisine as he pulls from his own Chinese, Indian-Trinidadian heritage as well as his training, which is categorized as classic European. Chef Fabiola Rivera is best known for adding her Caribbean flair to her cooking, with an emphasis on Puerto Rican food. As a three-time James Beard nominee, chef Lindsay Autry is one of the most talented in the country. Following a strong culinary career on both the East Coast and in Mexico, Autry is now settled in South Florida where she continues to break culinary boundaries. From the annual Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival and founding both THE REGION Kitchen & Public House and Honeybelle, Autry has proven herself in South Florida in only 6 years.
