The nomad lifestyle is attainable now more than ever and Miami has become a recent hub for it. Developers are weighing into this trend and catering new development into this lifestyle. Lofty is Miami’s newest project, which will allow individuals to own, live and share units.
Miami-based Newgard Development Group is spearheading this new project. Newgard Development Group Founder and CEO, Harvey Hernandez expressed, “Lofty is uniquely designed and managed to meet the high demand of buyers who want to own turn-key luxury real estate they can monetize through flexible ownership,” He continued, “In addition to five-star accommodations for owners, Lofty Brickell will be an attraction for the city with 400 feet of marina space and waterfront dining along the Miami River.” This development will be unique in terms of its clientele but also to the growth of the city.

Located in a prime location, in the heart of Brickell, Lofty will feature all-encompassing residences that are fully furnished and very liveable. The 42-story building will have a variety of housing layouts from studios to two bedrooms, ranging from 436 square feet to 985 square feet.
Lofty will operate as a private residence that was purposely built to be shared.
The units will be furnished by INC, a multidisciplinary design studio that has worked on some of the most standout hotels and buildings including 1 HotelBrooklyn Bridge Park, The LINE Hotel DC and many more. INC will create a luxury yet functional appeal to these units.
The building’s common spaces and top-tier amenities will set themselves apart from anything in the area. The second-floor lounge will feature an invitation-only speakeasy, lounge and social club, riverfront covered terrace, co-working lounge, private meeting rooms, game areas and an indoor, outdoor cigar lounge.
On the ninth floor, the pool deck will feature an elevated resort-style pool, poolside chairs and day beds with pool attendants, a hammock garden and outdoor showers. On the ninth floor as well, there will be an expansive 3,000 square-foot fitness center, private yoga studio, locker rooms, private treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, juice bar and indoor living room.
Utilizing its height, the rooftop will feature one-of-a-kind 360 views of the Miami River and beautiful cityscape, an infinity edge pool and an owner’s lounge and bar area. These are just a few of the many highlights this building is set to offer.
With state-of-the-art amenities from the lobby to the rooftop, Lofty is going to be an amazing addition to the Brickell skyline and Miami housing market.
