What time do you wake up? What does your morning routine entail?
MADISON NAGLE: I try to wake up at 7:30 a.m. every morning. I love to get an early start to my day with a quick power walk and some homework. I’m currently taking a managerial accounting course at Harvard, so any extra time in the morning is usually devoted to that.
What is your exercise regimen like?
MN: I like to mix it up, but I usually pack in some high intensity cardio and resistance training into my week. I love a good sweat, so boxing is my ultimate favorite, but I have found that power yoga and Pilates gives me the toning and definition I need.
Favorite workout in Los Angeles, New York and Miami?
MN: Ah, that’s a hard one. I’d have to say Rumble boxing and Aura Yoga are my favorite in LA, Dog Pound in New York and Sweat 440 in South Beach.
What is your diet like?
MN: I tend to stick to a low carb, high protein diet because this is what works best for my body. I eat tons of veggies and meat. I struggle with a lot of severe food allergies, so my diet is often limited, but I’m learning to cook some of my favorite meals at home which helps.
Is there anything you treat yourself with?
MN: Sushi and Mexican are my go-to cheats. I can’t pass up a spicy tuna roll.
Do you drink?
MN: Not usually, but I love a good margarita on a special occasion.
What skincare products do you use?
MN: I have extremely dry, and sensitive skin so it has taken me a while to find my favorite products. If anyone has eczema, I feel the struggle. I swear by all things Aveeno, and my favorite moisturizer is the GLAMGLOW Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer. It’s an amazing hydrating illuminant that you can wear alone or build on top of with makeup.
Is there a face oil you love?
MN: I’m obsessed with the Joanna Vargas Rejuvenating Serum. I travel with it everywhere. The product has truly kept my skin hydrated and fresh.
Any other beauty secrets you can share?
MN: I am a huge advocate of cryotherapy. Not only do I walk out with a boost of energy, but it banishes my stress and helps with my skin.
